This Unit covers all the building skills you must have to work at
EQF levels 3 or 4. Sub Units of assessment mean the main earth
building methods have specific criteria, from rammed earth to cob and
earth masonry
The Units were written by a group of 18 organisations from 8
European countries in the ECVET system. That means they are easily
recognised by national training bodies and in the UK form the basis of
both the National Occupational Standard for Earth Building and the
National Vocational Qualification. This means they are suitable for
training both on site or in more formal settings. |
